Services for adults and young people aged 15 and over
From yoga and aerobics to preventative screenings: our bonus scheme covers an extensive range of activities for our members aged 15 and up.
1. Preventative care for young people
- J2 preventative check-up
2. Preventative dental care
- Until age 17 (twice per year)
- Age 18 and up (annually)
3. Medical check-up
- Age 18 to 34 (one appointment)

4. Cancer screening
- Women aged 20 and up (annually), aged 35 and up (every three years)

- Chlamydia screening (annually until age 25)
- Mammography screening (age 50 to 69 – every two years)
- Men aged 65 and up: ultrasound screening for abdominal aortic aneurysm (one appointment)
9. Services in pregnancy and motherhood in line with § 25 SGB (Social Security Statute) V in conjunction with the guidelines of the G-BA (Federal Joint Committee)
- Screening for gestational diabetes
- Basic ultrasound screening for pregnant women to identify pregnancy complications at an early stage, or enhanced ultrasound screening in the second trimester of pregnancy
- HIV antibody test for pregnant women to identify an HIV infection at an early stage

Note: Naturally, you can schedule and attend your own check-ups as you see fit.
The intervals stipulated by the bonus scheme (e.g. ‘every three years’) are based on the recommendations of the Federal Joint Committee and do not preclude you from attending these appointments earlier if you choose to do so.

Services for children up to the age of 14
Our bonus scheme for children up to age 14, AktivFit Kids, subsidises the following activities:
1. Preventative dental care
- Between the ages of 6 months and 33 months (three appointments)
- After that, up to age 6 (annually)
- From ages 6 to 14 (twice per year)

- U1 to U6 check-ups all completed
- U7 to U11 individually

This category covers all vaccinations recommended by the Standing Committee on Vaccination (STIKO) in line with § 20i SGB (Social Security Statute) V, if the series of vaccinations has been completed in full (this may require up to three partial vaccinations). The stamp is counted toward the year in which the final partial vaccination was carried out.

FAQ – Frequently asked questions and answers
Yes, the stamps from your paper booklet can be easily carried over into the digital bonus scheme. Once you’ve done that, you will no longer need to submit the paper bonus booklet
If your children are registered as dependents on your insurance policy, they can use the bonus scheme under the login details of the primary policyholder. To sign them in, simply toggle to the child’s profile on the home screen, then activate the bonus scheme.
Stamps are submitted differently depending on the category. In the ‘Vorsorge’ (Preventative care) category, for instance, you will need to submit the doctor’s details as well as the date of the examination. In the ‘Impfungen’ (Vaccinations) category and the ‘Sport und Entspannung’ (Sport and relaxation) category, you will need to provide a form of proof (such as a vaccination certificate, certificate of participation in a prevention course, etc).
Click the ‘Auszahlung beantragen’ (Request payout) button to receive the payment you’ve earned.
We accept the following forms of proof:
- Sport and relaxation: Certificate/confirmation of participation, membership contract, official certificate of completion, stamp from your physical bonus booklet with current date, payment receipt with confirmation of subsequent membership/participation, etc.
- Vaccinations: Vaccination card/record/certificate
You can submit your information from the digital scheme or your paper bonus booklet once a year (by 31 March of the following year at the latest).
The structure of the digital bonus scheme and its terms and conditions are identical to the paper-based bonus scheme.
You can receive a payout as long as you have at least one stamp.
You can request a bonus payout as soon as you have provided proof of all your health activities. You can also receive multiple payouts throughout the year.
The request to transfer the money to your bank account will be triggered on the same day, or on the next business day at the latest. After that, the speed at which the money arrives in your account will depend on how long the transfer takes and the business hours of the banks in question.
Yes! You can change your bank details or add details for an additional bank account on the ‘Bankdaten’ (Bank details) tab in the Service app.
No. You can view the status of your payout in the Service app.
